Cancellation & Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing/E-mail and sent to the conference secretariat.

The Cancellation Policy is as follow:

  • Till 30th November, 2025 -25% cancellation fee, 75% refund.
  • From 1st December, 2025 to 31st December, 2025 -50% cancellation fee, 50% refund.
  • From 1st january,2026 to 15th january,2026- 75% cancellation fee, 25% refund.
  • After 16th january,2026,- No refund

** GST will remain non-refundable.

The refund process will be completed within 45 days of completion of the conference.

Once the refund is processed it is credited to original payment method with in 3 working days.
